Greeting to you all from Pharma Placements Inc.We have been retained by one of the upcoming Pharma Company based at Ghaziabad to hire Manager - Field HR. The details of the position are as follows:Assist line managers in recruitment by providing suitable CVs for sales opening & arranging for interviews. Helping in recruitment of the right candidate by conducting interviews telephonically/personally. Once selected, complete all joining related formalities. - Planning for training & completion of all induction related formalities for new joinee. - Processing salary of all employees at month end after updating the status of daily reports/attendance & handing over the same to Accounts Dept. by month end. - Maintaining & updating the personal file of each employee. - Timely drafting & issuing offer/appointment letter. Also sending other HR related communications. - Preparing timely appraisal of employees as per the key appraisal parameters & finalise the same with Director HR. - Arrange Imprest cash to new employees in coordination with accounts dept. - Managing all ESIC & PF related work in coordination with approved consultant & ensuring 100% compliance as per law. - Update the Accidental + Medical insurance policy for existing employees & arrange for disbursement of insurance amount. - Arranging all field related requirements like ID cards, visiting cards, ties, VA, stationary etc.in coordination with Admin & Dist. Department. - Conduct detailed exit interviews & analysis to improve staff retention ration. Accordingly keep updating the Companys HR policy. - Timely processing the full & final settlement claims from ex-employees & ensuring that the settlement cheque is issues after all standard requirements for settlement are completed in coordination with other departments. - Making all stay & travel arrangements for Meetings/Trainings. Make hotel visits if need arises. - Announcing all meeting related information to employees & ensuring that meeting goes as planned. - Engaging HO employees in staff engagement activities which includes birthday + festival celebrations.
