    • This position is the Incharge of Retail Outlet . He is accountable for achieving the target, stocks, cash transaction, Hygienic and settlement of all claims and complaints.He provides direction and leadership to the outlet staff.
    Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesFinancial-Responsible for achievingsales target .-Responsible for cash transaction at the outlet. (sale & deposit in bank should be reconciled)-Responsible for proper checking of daily expenses at outlet .Customer Oriented-To ensure settlement of all claims and complaints of his outlet.-To ensure that all the customers are attended properly with equal importance.People Oriented-To ensure smooth functioning of outlet and resolve in case of any problem.-To ensure staff reports on time and to wear company provided uniform.-Team buildingInternal Business Process- To maintain proper stock at the shops and ensure proper rotation of stock .-Responsible for proper display & Hygienic at store.-To be responsible for generation of Daily sales report, cash report, monthly closing report etc.CompetenciesTechnical/FunctionalBehavioral
