Job Description

JD for SPM- Machine Building Team Head Sahibabad LocationCandidate Should be:

Conceptualise and develop special purpose metal cutting machines for small die cast components, gravity cast ferrous/ non ferrous components using std modules.
Expertise in Solid works - 3D modelling software.
Expertise in fixture development with SMED concepts for SPMs and VMC machines.
Exposure to Cutting Tool selection.
Exposure to Pneumatics, Hydraulics and PLC logics.
Able to drive team and meet KPIs
Support production team in solving Quality, productivity related issues.
Exposure to LEAN Mfg methodology.
Exposure to manufacturing processes and latest techniques of production processes.
Exposure to problem solving techniques.

Educational Qualification:BE - Mech with 8 to 10 yrs of exp.Diploma -Mech with 12 to 15 yrs of exp.Should have Machine building experience atleast 7 to 8 yrs.
