Job Description

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Thermoforming Machine Operator with a manufacturing company in Sahibabad. Designation: Machine Operator Experience Required: 3+ Years Location: Sahibabad Roles & Responsibility:

Has to operate the Thermoforming Machine as per the plan.
Has to provide training to the new machine operators, packing workers and supervisors as per guidelines
Achieve the targeted production as per production plan, however can make changes in the plan as per demand.
Has to achieve the specified quality standards consistently also develop processes to improve quality standards.
Allocate work based on ability and skills of team member.
Ensure safety & hygiene at the work place.
Attend review meetings; lead/actively participate in units performance, improvement initiatives.
Independently handle all the activities of the shift in absence of Factory Manager.
