Job Description

Listen to clients needs and resolve complex situations.
Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning needs.
Support your clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Lead major initiatives in 3concurrent roles successfully manage affluent personal and business portfolio to proactively cross-sell additional products and services.
Carry out excellent profiling, cross-selling of all products, and explaining benefits to each client.
Utilize cross-selling techniques to sell the best product for each customers needs.
Support banking and lending activity through leveraging securities to provide lending solutions for high net worth clients.
Analyze clients securities portfolios to ensure diversification and margin ability for credit line/loan approval.
