Job Description

Senior/Chief Manager (Distribution Strategy) - Insurance - Gurgaon - 3 yearsLocation - GurgaonWe are looking out for a professional coming from insurance background with at least 3 years of work experience into distribution strategy and implementation.You will be a part of the distribution program office and will be driving strategic distribution and process excellence initiatives.Your future employer - One of the leading insurance service provider playing at a global level.Responsibilities - * Driving the strategic distribution transformation programs for various distribution channels.

  • Providing strategic thinking on the proprietary, partnership and new emerging channels.
  • Leading the transformation initiatives, ideating the operating model as well as program managing the implementation and execution.
  • Owning the incubation of new distribution channels and scaling up the nascent programs.
  • Gathering market intel in terms of customers, operating and regulatory environment.
Requirements - * Graduate/ Post-graduate with 3 to 5 years of distribution experience in life insurance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales and distribution functions in insurance.
  • Experience in strategizing and executing long-term business transformation programs.
  • 3 years of project management experience, managing projects across multiple functions.
  • Strong executioner.
  • Good communication, articulation and stakeholder management skills .
