Job Description

Accounting Specialist- CA Qualified- 2 Years - GurugramWe are looking for qualified chartered accountants with post qualification experience of at least 2 years. The experience should be in accounting, reconciliation, expense & variance analysis, budgeting preferably someone from Insurance Industry.Location: GurugramYour Future Employer: Leading British multinational, personal and commercial insurer operating across Europe and the Middle East.Responsibilities: * Monthly reporting and various analysis such as the evolution of expenses, of travel habits, of the greenhouse gases, etc.

  • Identifying opportunities to reduce travel costs through various analysis.
  • Preparing reconciliations between the different IT systems for the GL accounts overseen by the team.
  • Ensuring that the payments and processes handled in Accounts payable complies to robust controls and mitigate risks of fraud.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of operational, financial, and internal control processes & the implementation of a new expense management tool.
  • Establishing test scripts & test features
Requirements * Chartered accountant with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
  • Knowledge of PowerBi/ PowerQuery and Oracle (an asset)
  • Experience working with an expense management tool
