    • Project Role :Advanced Technology Center Lead
    • Project Role Description :With an eye on commercial targets, meet cost-to-serve, chargeability and recoverability targets for the largest delivery network in the world. Responsible for designing a strategy as well as building the headcount, skills and proficiency in the center/network to get there. Work closely with onshore leadership to coordinate resourcing activities to support the growth agenda as new work requirements are defined.

        • Key Responsibilities : A : Maintaining positive relationships with customers Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context B : Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently C : Managing finances and budgets D : Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction E : Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
        • Technical Experience : Expereince of handling multitower technlogy delivery Application and Infrastructure Ability to give direction to clients technolgy agenda Ability to add value to the client by executing complex SI, AO IO programs Background in SAP, Cloud and managing third party vendor management
