Analytics Capability Human Capital Analytics / Corporate Functions Analytics Key Responsibility- - Delivery Lead; Strategic Planning; Pre-sales; P&L responsibility - Implement End-to-end Analytics solution; - Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, forecasting techniques and so on - Partner with IT to implement models and tests - Experience working with C level executive clients; Customer centric approach - Project Management; Program Management; Managing accounts across industries; end-to-end delivery of projects; - Sales support, planning & improving the service delivery mechanism, SLA & escalation management, customer satisfaction, profitability management - Team handling experience - Builds strong working relationship with external stakeholders and should be able to convince / negotiate in case of conflicts - Responsible for recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements - Project Management, work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan - Must be able to work with limited direction and should be self-drive - Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time Must Have: - Hands-on experience in Statistical Modelling, Advance Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Mining techniques to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions. - Hands on experience in Data analytics using Python is a must. - Experience working in Text Analytics, NLP - 7-10 years in quantitative analysis experience, including building statistical models. - MSc (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields. - Expertise in problem resolution coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in managing teams and leadership skills - Excellent client facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stages - Should demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities Good to Have: - Experience deploying Big Data solutions. - Experience in deploying Analytics as a Service - Experience in Optimization / Graph Analytics / Video Analytics Location: Gurugram/ Bengaluru Accenture is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis as protected by applicable law Accenture has not authorized any agency, company or individual to either collect money or arrive on any monetary arrangement in exchange for a job at Accenture.
