Job Description

    About the role:Were looking for Admissions Counselors who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a fast-paced business environment. As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for communicating with the parents of prospective K-12 learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day and consult prospects, be able to engage and build long term relationships with prospects and close sales effectively.Role and responsibilities:Consulting prospective customers & converting them to paid customers for Cuemaths premium and personalized K-12 Math learning program through a need-based and personalized selling approachUnderstanding core learning needs of students through their parents, and aligning the offerings of the program to the same through phone, email and textHandling customer objections in a consultative manner to close salesIdentifying and generating references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipelineAdhering to the defined inside sales process, tools and data management logic to ensure a high number of enrolments with the minimum churn for the assigned set of prospectsOnboarding the learner after closing a sale, and maintaining the relationship between Cuemath and the customerCoordinating and resolving queries of customers & teacher partnersHighlighting issues through parent feedback and helping with effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionMeeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments.Maintaining updated contextual information in the CRM platform with details pertaining to discussions & lead stage changes in real timeSkills Required:Prior experience and confidence in over-the-phone sales, preferably in high ticket products/services (More than one year experience in inside sales).Mature and disciplined approach to work with an approachable and vibrant personality.Demonstrated customer centricity with a focus on understanding customers core needs and effectively aligning product offerings with the same.Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency) with strong comprehension and articulation skills. (additional regional language proficiency is a plus for India)Must be a team player with the ability to work independently with minimum oversight, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.Basic proficiency in CRM management and handling spreadsheetsUnderstanding of US & Canada / UK & European / APAC customer preferences // Understanding customer preferences of premium segment in India > Please change as per the region.Locations: Gurugram and Bengaluru - in office, full timeMinimum qualification: Graduate or above from a recognized institutionYears of experience: 2+ with 1+ year in inside sales / FreshersWe require these associates for the following regions.India - 20US 10 (shift time: 8pm 8am, 9hrs shift)UK/Europe 5 (shift time: 3.30pm 2am, 9 hrs shift)APAC 5 (shift time: 4am 2pm, 9hrs shift)Not remote - Need to be in Gurugram or BLR office6 days a week - no weekends off - fixed day off between Mon-ThuIncentives - based on number of conversions and process adherence (subject to change)Night allowance: An additional 10k per month for international timings (only for APAC, Europe and US timings)Min work experience of 2 years in direct sales
