Control the preparation of room occupancy forecast on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Briefings and meetings as requested and necessary Ensure that guest history record is up-to-date at all times. Check monthly Attendance Records handle any complaint with tact and diplomacy at all times. Assist housekeeping in day-to-day activities Taking care of all front office night reports (day end procedure.)Advance work planning and scheduling in close coordination with the heads of different departments, human resources and management concerned.
