Come work with an innovative, agile team of developers and administrators who wants to be creative and push the limits of what is possible. Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business to understand and troubleshoot problems
  • Create and manage knowledge to help users and service desk
  • Manage Exchange/Microsoft 365 tools and cloud services like Zoom, Slack, and others
  • Run and manage scripts for automation activities
  • Review system data, scrub and create reports
  • Create dashboards and BI
Minimum Qualifications:
  • User Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge Centered Service (KCS)
  • Exchange
  • Expert with Excel
  • Power BI and/or other BI systems
  • Requirements gathering
  • PowerShell and/or Python a
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University Degree
  • Proven track record administering cloud-based systems
  • Microsoft Exchange administration.
