Maintaining and improving performance and availability of all Services Support Systems. Ensure that work performed within the group as per Fidelity development standards and completed within the overall SLAs of team. Reviewing and improving delivery methods and introducing best practices into the Services Support team. Deliver and help deliver required functionality quickly, efficiently and to a high quality. Ensure adherence to change management processes and assist in facilitating the ongoing review and enhancement of these processes. Work with project / operational areas as required to safeguard production service when changes are introduced into the production environment. Work with team members as required to support the analysis and design of solutions to business requirements. Liaise with Technical leadership teams as required with respect to resolution of High severity incidents. Working closely with the Run the Business Management team to advise on a wide variety of issues including but not exclusive to trends, defects, organisation, new technologies and best practices.Experience and Qualifications Required B.E./ B.Tech / MCA from a reputed University. 2- 4 Years of experience total software industry experience with at least 4 years in JavaScript based developmentEssential Skills:Willing to work in Support (Along with UK Shifts & 27/7 On-call )At least 2 years of Java/J2EE development or support experienceWorking Knowledge of Backbone.js & Marionette.js and willingness to work in them.Proficiency in JQuery, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS3 technologies.Experience in integration with REST / Web Service based interface.Spring / other IOC containersDesirable SkillsGood knowledge of UNIX, Shell Scripting, Ant, u-deploy (or similar) and experience of continuous integrationExperience with JMS/WMB /IIBExperience on PAASExperience on Angular JS,
