Job Description

Key Accountabilities

1. Solution Design, Implementation and Technical consultancy. 2. Creation of HLD, LLD for entire datacenter solution which components like Cloud Solution, OS, DB, server, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, replication etc. 3. Designing & Implement solutions for server, Virtualization, Storage and Data Center solution, Datacenter Migration & Consolidation. 4. Design and implement DCaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, Cloud Platform solution for Client. 5. Assist project team and service partners to implement the Cloud/Datacenter Virtualisation Solutions by providing the required technical expertise to effectively design, implement and materialize the solution offered. 6. Responsible for Cloud &DC architecture &solution implementation by understanding customer requirements with design optimisation. 7. Various Solution perspective like designing, standardisation, BoQ estimation and proposal preparation. 8. Working upon VMware Vcloud, vSphere,vSAN, NSX, Microsoft Azure, System Center suite like SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM etc, Citrix cloud suite, Redhat cloud solution, open source cloud solution like openstakeetc 9. Working upon reputed OEM Servers, Storage, Backup Solution,Converged Infrastructure of Cisco, Dell, HPE, hitachi, netappetc 10. Working on hypervisor like Microsoft Hyper-V, ESXi, KVM, ZEN server etc along with Virtual and Physical Server Migrations. 11. Assists in Design/Architecture of pure cloud and hybrid cloud solutions. Possesses superb troubleshooting and problem analysis skills. 12. Establishing benchmark and best practices for datacenter virtualisation design in the new implementations. 13. Leading innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending, benchmarking and implementing solutions. 14. Cloud design Solution Architect (Private cloud, Public Cloud, Government Community Cloud)] 15. Implementation of infrastructure architecture, tools, automation and processesPreferred Experience and Qualification12 to 15 or more Years of Experience with BE in Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation or Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognised college or instituteShould have relevant experience at least in the following domain: Compute: Cisco UCS, HP, Dell, IBM Storage: EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, HP Virtualization: VMware, Microsoft, Openstack, AWS, Citrix etc Load Balancers: F5, NetScaler, A10 (Experience with Load Balancers not mandatory but is a huge plus) Converged Cloud Technologies: Vblock, VSPEX, FlexPod, Cloud Automation Platforms, Scripting (Not mandatory but is a huge plus). Must to have any two of the following certifications from: Vmware Cloud Certification Microsoft Cloud Certification AWS Cloud Certification Openstack Windows Active directory ,DNS, DHCP,NTP, LDAP, EMAIL Windows, Unix, Linux operating systems Networking awareness Data Centermigration , refresh or transformation products & tools Exposure to: High availability (HA), Disaster recovery (DR) & BCP best practices and concepts Experience in ITIL best practices Must Have Design, Implementation & Architecture Level Exp. Must have knowledge upon Solution perspective like designing, standardisation, BoQ estimation and proposal preparation. Should have experience on VMware vSphere, vSAN, Reputed OEM Servers, Storage, Backup Solution, Converged Infrastructure, Microsoft Hyper-V, Virutal and Physical Server Migrations. Experience in Datacenter cloud virtualisation project implementation from green field/Scratch etc. In-depth understanding of Virtualization, Software defined Data Centre technologies for Compute, Storage, Networks, appliances etc. Cloud design Solution Architect (Private cloud, Public Cloud, hybrid cloud, Government Community Cloud)] Implementation of infrastructure architecture, tools, workflows, automations, programs and processes. Storage knowledge and handon experience for implementation of DCaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, Cloud Platform Provides training to peers and promotes teamwork. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills with high level of passion for technologies, solution & design with a flexible, creative approach to problem solving.
