* Duties and Responsibilities - Business Development: Manage all the operational work at partners related to partner website BFL Marketplace & BFL Experia app Daily Scrapping partner website to ensure BFL visibility Work closely with ARU teams to ensure the implementation of customer campaigns Daily coordination with partners for FCU cancellations Customer services resolution Reconciliation of receivables for E-commerce partners and collect NOC monthly Addressing E-commerce partners issues (Invoice Tech scheme related catalogue related) Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce partners Perform research and identify new potential partners and new market opportunities for extending No Cost EMI. Relationship Management: Work closely with partners to ensure continuous coverage of BFL NCE on partner website BFL Marketplace and BFL Experia App Create customer pull for BFL EMI schemes through various mediums Build processes to ensure on time service delivery to partners.
