Hiring for a Global Management Consulting firm based out of Boston Roles and Responsibilities of the employee would be- PD OPS: Support the implementation of the Professional Development process for the consulting classes which includes the following responsibilities Compile all data required for semi-annual performance ratings and promotions meetings - Prepare performance review slides and promotion meeting decks Update records of employees in the HR systems and other PD related trackers/ MIS Generate and track reviews forms for the consulting classes - Case, PD and upward feedback reviews Collate asset-building feedback on a semi-annual basis Creating and generating the comp and bonus memos Responsible for creating all communication mails pertaining to tracking review completions/PD processes EXITS & LEAVE MANAGEMENT: Coordinate and close logistics related to consulting staff exits Prepare experience letters for exits Reconcile the vacation records. EMPLOYEE RECORDS : Initiate and track new hires background verification Update employee record files with employee records/ documents for future reference Update and track people movements in grade level, compensation levels using HR systems to ensure zero defect in employees profile Update new joiner and exit related entries on Workday/relevant HR system,
