Job Description

Description:Looking for a Assistant Manager End Point Management resource with 8years of ExpLocation - GurgaonNotice - Immediate - 30 DaysPrincipal Responsibilities:

  • Manages overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of the assigned team
  • Manage the shift and the tickets queue as a Duty Manager
  • Level 2 and Level 3 Support for problems identified with Endpoint Management systems. Will act as an escalation for Level 1 and Level 2 End Point management support technicians
  • Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed
  • Interface with third party vendors as liaison between client and vendor
  • Utilize superior customer service skills
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
  • Responsible for his/her own assigned teams and productivity. Review and analysis of periodic reports and metrics
  • Implement End Point Management practices as per industry & OEM standards
  • Identify current gaps in the service delivery & implement specific improvement projects
  • Lead the team to deliver on desired results and acts in tandem with HR policies. Provide direction to staff; ensure resolution of problems; sets priorities
  • Coaching and counseling to the engineers through the scrubbing of the data
  • Drive specific improvement projects as required by Management Team from time to time
  • Implement and act in accordance with the organization s information security policy
  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification destruction or interference
  • Be accountable and responsible for self & team actions taken
  • Report breach of security events or other security risks to the organization
  • Takes ownership of the team projects & ensures completion on time
  • Adds value to End Point managed services & keep assessing the products & services for improvements as per industry standards.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of operations around different verticals (End Point management, End Point Security, Risk Assessment, Log Analysis, Patch & Asset Management)
  • Ensure timely MIS is delivered to clients & management team.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must have 8 years of working experience in IT Industry
  • Must have atleast 5 years of experience working in End Point Management services.
  • Should be Graduate or Above
  • Certifications like MCP/MCSA/MCITP/CCNA will be preferred
  • Any OEM certifications for Endpoint Security Management
  • ITIL V3 or V4 certification is must

  • Must be able to handle test and release of applications and Patches using the End point management software
  • Excellent knowledge on networking concepts
  • Excellent understanding of client server or server/agent environment
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP remote Network Connectivity & remote support troubleshooting
  • Excellent knowledge about IT Infrastructure services & its components
  • Experience on Endpoint Security & Anti-Virus implementations
  • Experience in Implementation & management of End Point management platforms like (Symantec, Checkpoint, Sentinel, SCEM, Sophos etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools
