Job Description

Associate would require proficiency in developing high impact, visual appealing, and graphic rich content for various presentations and analysis for strategic planning. The role requires bringing innovation to traditional presentation formats or projects that require supplementing text with graphical elements like animations, photographs, charts and graphs etc. The associate should have strong conceptual design abilities and the ability to deliver design outputs in different new formats whiteboard presentations, info graphics, and animations, story boarding etc.

Responsibilities

  • Be a machine learning SME, responsible for end-to-end ownership and execution of ML projects
  • Be able to articulate complex technical requirements in a lucid manner and is relevant to business use cases
  • Perform research and gather relevant information to define stakeholders business problem(s)
  • Adopt a pragmatic approach and think smart to come up with optimal ML techniques for business challenges
  • Leverage latest methodologies and tools to build analytical solutionsapplications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, and across borders to effectively execute the ML goals
  • Partner with technical teams to implement developed solutionsapplications in production environment

Requirements

  • Education: A Post graduate or an engineer with background in Computer Science, Math, Stats or Operations Research
  • Exp Range : 3 5 years work experience with a finance or banking business
  • Certifications: NA

    • Mandatory Skills

    • Hands-on experience with AIML techniques (SVM, Decision Trees, RF, Neural Networks)
    • Worked on varied data problems; structuredunstructured and smalllarge in size
    • Worked on Text Analytics, NLP or Image-Processing based projects
    • Good hands-on experience with Python programming
    • Good experience with MS-Excel and PowerPoint presentations
    • Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving aptitude
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexible to shift changes at short notice
    • A go-getter and a self-starter with willingness to learn and adapt to changes

      • Desired Skills

      • Any experience in Operational Risk, Audit or Compliance domain
      • Any experience in QCQARegulation Testing space
