Job Description

Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) team is looking for a UX designer to deliver the best online user experience and support the Product management team in building digital solutions that helps users achieve efficiency. You will be responsible for designing ideas using various methods and latest tools. You will work with a team of committed, high-caliber, experienced, passionate & competent team members who work on initiatives in Tools and Automation team in EIT.

Responsibilities

  • Provides highly creative design and artwork support services including, but not limited to, User Interfaces, Dashboards, website banners & pages and presentations.
  • Serve as a champion for design thinking and a human-centered, entrepreneurial approach to strategic enterprise transformation with our internal business partners and customers
  • Creating interactive prototypes that captures key flow through interactive user experiences
  • Collaborate with executives, managers, and peers to refine designs
  • Conducting user research to understand users and discover user needs
  • Research, develop, and persuade businessdesign cases for product features and user experience
  • Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders
  • Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow developers to build accurately
  • Work with developers to deliver polished final product
  • Collaborate with other UX designers to develop and evangelize Design Pattern Library and work with developers to develop living style guide
  • Ensures corporate brand standards are accurately and consistently implemented

Requirements

Education:

Graduation or Post-Graduation in Graphic Design

Certifications If Any* NA

Experience:

2-4 years

Mandatory Skills:

  • Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, a team player, and comfortable following direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great portfolio samples demonstrating the capabilities
  • Expertise in Axure, InVision, or any other prototyping tool, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator), MS PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability in applying, consulting and interpreting ideas

    • Desired SKills:

    • A go getter, willing to learn new technologies and adapts to changes
    • Able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines
    • Able to propose design initiatives and manage all aspects of a project from start to finish
    • Experience in designing enterprise dashboards and reports for large data sets
    • Flexible to shift changes at short notice.
    • Experience in BankingFinancial industry would be beneficial
