    • End to End GenIE request management cycle
    • Following defined GenIE compliance guidelines and operation
    • Self-scouting for GenIE advisors
    • Region wise contract drafting and execution
    • Stakeholder management (Global Locations)
    • GenIE Advisor coordination (Global Locations)
    • GenIE Advisor onboarding (Global Locations)
    • GenIE partner coordination (Global Locations)
    • GenIE partner addition basis demand
    • OHR and IT asset coordination for GenIE advisors
    • Invoice processing for GenIE advisors
    Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification Successful candidates will operate across multiple projects, performing a variety of functions and must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
    • Bachelor s Degree educated or equivalent
    • Ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Prior experience- Recruitment/ Vendor management / HR shared services / Business operations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
