Job Description

Assistant manager, EthicsLegal (North/India)What this job involves:Log-in / tracking / updating Ethics cases on Case Management Tool. Pre-assessment of new Ethics cases as per established process and policy. Assessing and planning and executing investigations of Ethics cases reported on Case Management Tool. Create and implement processes around effective closure, monitoring and testing of cases within agreed timelines. Fact finding through analysis of information available in internal, external, social databases, forensic analysis of electronically stored information, investigative interview, and market intelligence. Collection and preservation of evidences and other information that may be relevant for effective resolution of cases. Conducting investigative interview of suspects/witnesses based on facts and evidences collected during investigation. Prepare investigation report based on the fact-finding and present them to the Ethics Committee for deciding appropriate actions. Monitoring compliance to Company policies, procedures, guidelines, law and regulations Conduct training sessions on Ethics and POSH. Prepare Ethics Mailers and Posters. Support larger legal team, as and when required. Support local, regional and group Legal and Ethics teams as and when required. Maintain case tracker with updated details.
