Job Description

    Are you looking for Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Recruitment Techno functional Role In this role you will be part of the Hiring Technology Transformation Team and will be part of key initiatives and drive key technology project implementations across the function globally. You will also work closely with teams across different functions like HR and IT. There is a lot of autonomy in your work along with a touch of ambiguity, ensuring each day at work is new and exciting. Responsibilities
    • You are required to understand the End to End Hiring process across different levels globally Entry level, Mid to senior management level, and executive levels
    • Ability to analyze system integrations in recruitment technology eco-system
    • You will be required to study the hiring process and identify gaps and possible touchpoints where technological interventions are required
    • Liaison with hiring leaders and regional hiring teams, IT teams and other support teams to plan & implement global technology projects
    • Have ability to capture business requirements and convert into technical specifications to solve real world recruitment process challenges/changes/upgrades
    • Have in depth knowledge of the hiring tools implemented and be upskilled and trained on them all
    • Help in training the end users and resolving any query in the process
    • Liaison with vendor partners on any technical glitches and support required by the hiring teams
    • Data analysis and representation on usage, adoption, traction, etc
    Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications
    • Post-Graduate (Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Human Resource disciplines)
    • Excellent Communication Skills, including written skills
    • Excellent in Microsoft Office and Data Visualization
    • In depth knowledge on Database Structures/layout, System Integrations(API (Soap/Rest), custom end points), Tech Adoption/Transformation
    • Ability to work & co-ordinate with cross team(s)
    • Work on Tech adoptions, tool trainings and BAU L1, L2 support
    Preferred qualifications
    • Hand on experience of an enterprise tools (Preferable Hiring tools)
    • Hand on development experience with ability to adapt to new tools / platforms
    • Exposure to application development/maintenance
    • Have performed application L1/L2 support
    • Ability to work on data and application interfaces/integrations
    • Strong with Data Integration, Data Analysis, Data Representation
    • Should possess good time management and analytical skills
    • Should have an interest and technological bent of mind to be able to quickly grasp the technological aspect of the project implementations
    • Appreciative of application architectures and programming skills
