Job Description

AM, SOP Writer

  • End-to-end documentation for client engagements, including strategic discussions, gathering information, and developing L1-L5 standard operating procedures, policies, and process maps.
  • Work with the client SPOC to understand the information/subject matter.
  • Identify/understand the process along with technical SMEs
  • Gather information for the Standard Operating procedures and process map from start to end: steps, inputs, outputs, roles, time durations, tollgates, etc.
  • Organize the steps and arrange them in sequential order, clearly highlighting whether the task is manual, automated, or done in a system
  • Review, optimize, and share the SOP with the client
  • Process mapping, analysis, and process documentation
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in any field
  • Strong editorial background and exceptional skill in proofreading and creating, implementing, and ensuring adherence to technical style guides
  • Proven ability to work independently or in ambiguous circumstances
  • Comprehension skills: Understanding the content from SMEs via calls. Ability to chunk content into logical information pieces.

  • Communicate effectively in oral and written form with internal and client teams
