Job Description

AM, Uptime Analyst

  • You will be responsible to monitor, analyze, correct and report out accurate Uptime compliance data for customer to minimize the risk of penalty being paid to its customer due to incorrect and inaccurate data to calculate penalty in service delivery system.
  • Working on customer invoices with 100% Accuracy Siebel CRM 8.1
  • Reporting uptime outliers on National Accounts clients to Zone Ops team and driving corrections to minimize penalty.
  • Investigating activities on units triggering penalty.
  • Communicating with Field Service Engineers, DOSs and Vendor management team wherever field or Vendor service confirmation is required on closed activities for uptime data correction.
  • Correcting Uptime Data in Siebel.
  • Managing corrections on uptime data for Non-National Accounts on request
  • Provide support for all field queries.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Basic knowledge of MS office
  • Working Knowledge of Computers
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication
  • Previous working experience in a healthcare industry will be added advantage
  • Ensure 100% adherence to SOP s and compliance rules and regulations
  • Ability to Handle Pressure and work in a US shift environment

  • Good Analytical skills, Customer handling and decision making
