Responsibilities:Support the overall design , build , delivery of analytical tools and applications involving complex interplay of technologiesTranslate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive framework through appropriate usage of advanced analytics techniques and responsible for successful delivery of the products/ analyses/deliverablesHelp incubate new products by executing Pilot , Proof of Concept projects to establish capabilities and credibility with users and clients. This may entail working either as an independent SME or as part of a larger teamDeploy machine learning methodologies and algorithms to build solutions that streamline the process from data collection to insight generationMaintain and develop positive , productive , and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Supervise , develop and mentor junior team members Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team membersStay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the clients business , and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services providedChallenge yourself to continually learn and teach , mentoring others while developing your own careerPromote the use of current technologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services providedMaintain and develop positive , productive , and professional relationships with EY offices globally to develop GDS opportunitiesEssential skills and competencies:Highly numerate and analytical individual preferably with an excellent academic record and a degree in mathematics , economics , engineering or statisticsDevelopment experience in a variety of languages and technologies , especially R , RShiny and PythonStrong experience in statistical tools and predictive modelling techniques including linear and logistic regression , correlation , clustering , segmentation , time- series forecasting amongst othersFamiliarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms including Nave Bayes Classifier Algorithm , Support Vector Machine Algorithm , Apriori Algorithm , Random Forests amongst othersExperience of interfacing with databases such as SQL server , Oracle , Teradata etc Experience of interfacing with advanced visualization solutions (D3.js ,Tableau , Spotfire , PowerBI etc) Good to have exposure to big data development environment (Hadoop , pig , hive , spark etc) Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Excellent written and spoken English skills Organized and structured in the completion of tasks Experience of working in advisory/consulting/industry environmentExperience of working in an onshore/offshore operating model with an ability to manage multiple stakeholdersFlexible to travel to location within India and abroad to deliver project workBE (in Electronics or Computers ) or equivalent a relevant PG course;Relevant work experience of minimum 4 to 6 years in a big 4 or technology/ consulting set up,
