The Assistant Program Manager works independently or as part of a project management team to ensure that Channelplay projects are executed effectively and the twin goals of client satisfaction and program profitability are delivered.
Roles and Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities will be: - Client stake holder management. - HR activities such as KPI achievement reconciliation, Attendance, Exit process, coordinating New Hiring etc. - Vendor management. - Following project Standard Operating Procedures for all operational tasks Key Requirements: - Excellent command over MS Excel Power Point - Strong analytical skills. - Data interpretation skills. - Highly organized able to manage large data.
