Job Description

This role is for a resource to test changes arising as a result of ADS adoption AXIOM implementation in relation to USEMEAAPAC regulatory reports i.e. FFIEC009, FRY 14M, 2510, 2590 FFIEC031041,FINREP, ANACREDIT COREP etc. Candidate will be responsible for

  • Understanding the changes in business which are being implemented tested.
  • Interpreting regulatory reports guidelines and comparing it against already signed-off BRD.
  • Getting an understanding of test objectives and accordingly prepare test plansscripts;
  • Executing assigned test scripts by performing test and validating steps as required, identifying and logging defects, and working with tech partners to resolve issues; reporting results of testing activities to onshore process members; understanding of data lineage and preferable experience in any previous projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all activities related to testing test scripts, test plans, test execution
  • Serves as a seasonedproficient operational resource as well as providing strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Must be a self-motivator and a quick learner, able to work well under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Must be able to lead team (If needed)
  • Displays ease with communication with various business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner
  • Preparing dashboards and ppt for Project meetings
  • Fair understanding of technical functionalities and ability to work with technology partners to resolve technical issues
  • Requirements

    Experience Range - total experience - 12 to 18

    Required Skills:

    • 10-12 years of Finance experience, understanding of General Ledger processes and legalmanagement reporting concepts
    • 8-10 years Project management experience
    • Mandatory Skills

      • B.Com (Hons) or Pass+ good accounting background High attention to detail, detail oriented
      • Professional written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong relationship management skills, ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
      • Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, ever changing, highly collaborative environment
      • Advanced Excel, data manipulation skills
      • Desired Skills:

        • Exposure to SAP, Oracle or other ERPgeneral ledger systems
        • Experience with BAC change processes, exposure to Agile and Waterfall change management methodologies
