Implement and assure effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.- Develop and implement appropriate media strategies and campaigns with integrated communications approach; assess the impact of campaigns and strategize for continued brand building and mass reach to potential clients.- Regular interfacing with the B2B2C clients & B2C customers for getting their feedback for improvement in quality of service.- Set up and manage operational and customer relationship systems that efficiently and effectively support the business.- Set up agile tracking systems for all business operations activities, analyse monthly progress against budgeted projections and suggest corrective strategies in case of deviations.- Set up market intelligence for continued scanning of the competitive environment and strategize for a leaders role in the online healthcare marketRegards,HR Team
