Job Description

  • Understands Global Learning & Development strategy, priorities, and requirements, and contribute to the development of the Learning Management system.
  • Support system implementation and improvement
    • Provide level 2 support to administrators of learning platforms
    • Partner closely with level 3 support on functional and IT side
  • Provide Global Learning and Development team and other stakeholders in coordination and deployment of specific programs
  • Partner closely with Global Talent Insights and Systems Partner
  • Create and lead the governance and engagement of the learning administrator community
    • Put in place a quarterly audit review to ensure we have a high level of data quality
    • Provide training to learning administrators on the system
    • Foster an environment that allows colleagues to share best practices
  • Partner closely with Global IT for process and tool improvement
  • Support to Identify and establish new insights from newly available data sources, supporting Global HR Analytics
    • Ensures data integrity within HR systems and between systems.
  • Support training by helping create scorm files to be input in the Learning Management System

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Key expert in Learning and training Management System (preferably Cornerstone)
  • Experience with managing SCORM files
  • Ability to work autonomously on several projects
  • Collaborative: ability to engage key stakeholders across teams and inspire & influence collaboration in the interest of the employee experience & data-driven decision making
  • Puts customer first, first: passionate about improving our employee experience to in turn help improve our end-customer experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to make the seemingly complex simple
  • Analytical, critical and creative thinker; able to translate data into insight
  • Solution oriented
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new tech systems and tools and connect the dots/identify opportunities of improvement
  • Curiosity for and ability to identify and analyze information from multiple sources
