About this role: ing Natural Language Processing to improve the ability to extract scalable insights from search queries , chat discussions , text inputs or client interactions , using machine learning to develop self - correcting algorithms to improve content recommendation engines. What you ll do: Using predictive modeling to develop forward - looking projections of client engagement and measure client risk Using statistical analysis to measure the effectiveness of specific product recommendations , best course of actions to clients Leveraging design thinking , client input , and a data science mindset to identify , prioritize , and assess opportunities What you ll need: 3 - 4 years hands - on experience building Machine Learning and Predictive modeling , recommendation systems , Text mining and Natural Language Processing 3 years of experience with various programming languages (e.g. , Python , R) Experience with machine learning tools / frameworks (e.g. , Scikit - learn , Pytorch , TensorFlow) , statistical packages (e.g. , Scipy) 3 years of experience on SQL / relational databases (e.g. , Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g. , MongoDB , Graph database) , Linux and shell scripting Hands - on experience with deep learning and supervised and unsupervised ML methods , ensemble learning techniques (e.g. Boosting , Random Forests) Familiar with the foundational approaches to the major data science disciplines , such as data preparation , advanced statistics , machine learning , simulation , and natural language processing Bachelors and / or Masters in a quantitative research field (e.g. , Computer Science , Applied Mathematics , Data Science , Data Mining , Statistics etc.).
