Job Description

    *The Associate Director, Project Management will manage big/small local/global projects, alignment with different departments, support operation leaders in terms of date, head countMain Responsibilities:
    • Close coordination with local finance team to publish weekly unbilled TRX to TX team
    • Following up with Branches across India on pendency and keep a close tab to ensure all TRX are closed in a timely manner
    • Coordinates with CE & Product team in case of any setup related issued pertaining to unbilled TRX
    • Fortnight reconciliation with HR report and highlight gap if any
    • Maintains the Headcount number for India and update them constantly with additional information
    • Closely involved in Capacity planning for India. Monitors and calls out variance in Actual vs Forecast done by WFM
    • Monthly activity in reviewing the onsite volumes and raising request for HC to WFM as onsite is ,not in scope for WFM
    • Overall BCP management for PAN India, ensure SPOC across India to update changes in Power Resilience ,completing risk assessment including all training before timelines
    • Invoking BCP and following all the procedures for any site/scenario in case of BCP and informing relevant stakeholders
    • During BCP providing constant updates to all relevant stakeholders updated and incident logging in Power resilience
    • Closely working with Ops team to achieve schedule adherence
    • Working with WFM & TX to bridge any gap and update the records
    • Manage all projects for India including any transitions for market
    • Involve relevant stakeholders on project calls and provide regular updates
    • Follow up with multiple teams within CWT to ensure task completed on time
    • Manages workshop, project meetings and offsite for TX in India
    • Coordinates with global teams for all market requirement
    • SPOC for all kind of data which are requested by global & regional teams including Ad hoc data for the market
    • Managing transactional quality for the country, where has has 5 QAs reporting to him
    • Shares inputs from quality perspective with TX team for large clients which helps during service recovery
    • Ensuring his teams shares periodic update to all relevant stakeholder for key clients in terms of CSAT,NPS etc.
    • Adhoc reports provided to TX team when every there are client escalation with resolve data and highlight key challenges with customer where focused is required with some inputs
    • Handling local MIS for the country which is supported by his team member
    • Help teams like TX,CE,GSM for all Adhoc MIS requirement
    , *Experience & education:
    • Experience
      • 12+ years in Project Management
      • Postgraduate in any stream
      • Travel experience Minimum 20%
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Problem-solving and leadership skills
      • Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
      • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
      • Conflict resolution experience
