In less than three years, we have become the largest aggregator platform for lending products (in terms of disbursals as per industry estimates). Loans worth Rs 2500 crore are disbursed through the Paisabazaar platform annually1. Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan and auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business2. Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service3. Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers4. Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM5. Generate referral leads from existing customers.6.Discussing &selling of financial Products/ Loans/Credit Card to the leads given by the company.7.Interested leads will be provided by the company.8.No cold calling or random calling.9.Leads will be from interested customers.10.Day shift (10am to 7:00pm) - Fixed timings.11.It is 6 days working company. The candidates will be given 1 weekly off as per the roster which means there will be no fixed off.12.Fixed salary + High incentives.13.Office location at 10 minutes walking distance from Huda City Center Metro Station.14.Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)15.
