Sr. Associate Web Design will be part of the Marketing team and will provide Web design and UI support for all Marketing requirements. This individual should have a strong background in designing clean, user friendly - Wireframes/Mockups andUser Interface. The candidate should be able to convert the mockups/designs into valid HTML.
Key Responsibilities:
Sketch and prototype to quickly iterate on ideas Create designs based on user journeys and storyboards Design functional and intuitive interfaces for web and mobileplatform Design and build new websites to expand our marketing to reach new audiences Create vector graphics and banners for web based application using Adobe Illustrator. Convert PSD designs to HTML 5 format using SASS/CSS3/JavaScript.Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML5, CSS 3.0, SASS, jQuery, Responsive Emailer and newsletter design.
Highly proficient in mobile website and responsive designs. Create breathtaking designs and Mockups that are not only visually spectacular but also provide a strong user experience Driving larger design initiatives that protect our brand identity across all products Create user friendly and conversion driven websites Building websites that are, web 2.0 compliant Identify and solve HTML/CSS issues and cross-browser compatibility issues Develop elegant web interfaces using clean and modular code.Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (any field) Good verbal and written communication skill 4+ years of web design experience, working on both small and large websites Basic knowledge of email marketing Exceptional design skills in creating Wireframes, Mockups, UI etc. Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience in implementing JQuery scripts. Should have knowledge to work with SVGs. Should collaborate with development team for resolving front end issues. Must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects High level of comfort writing HTML4/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3 Proficiency with Sketch or Adobe XD. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop Understanding of brand principles; ability to create innovative designs within brand guidelines, and to develop new guidelines when necessary Experience working on mobile/responsive websitesDesired Skills and Experience
