Sales Manager)Week Offs: All Tuesdays and 1 Wednesday (for Sales/Marketing/Post Sales Team).Note:- Should have interest in Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Client Relations)Job ProfileOrganize, Plan, and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enables deal closure.Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builders Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.Meeting Property Service Providers.Onboarding them to PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.Explaining the wide range of services available for them in PropertyPistol Syndicate Network.Making available the property database of the area.Catering to clients as per their needs from the available data base by calling and personal visits.
