Job Description

    Role : AVP - Solutions ( Travel Vertical) - Work with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to strategize, create and propose best in class solutions that address problem statements / business objectives.- Provide consultative services for current business challenges and provide industry domain led solutions.- Liaise with cross functional teams and Subject Matter Experts like operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, Human Resources etc. for the creation and design of solutions for prospective and existing clients- Ensure that the RFPs/RFIs response clearly articulated, in the best possible manner, Companies value proposition and credentials to service to clients specific requirements across geos with domain offerings- Lead the end-to-end RFP/ RFI process for specific deals allocated in the Industry practice.- Participation in special / strategic projects from time to time- Strive towards attaining the allocated revenue targets allocated Education Qualification / Work Experience & Skills: - BCom / BSc, BE / MBA with overall experience of 10 to 15 years, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in solutioning specific to the travel domain preferred- Strategic Thinking and Analytical ability- Deep understanding of the Travel Domain- Strong execution orientation and problem solving ability- Ability to work effectively as part of team- Experience in a Solutions role required- Proven client management skills- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task - Ability to understand customer requirements in the travel domain and provide appropriate solution- Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders- Excellent written communication skills,
