    Role Description: - Someone from a 2-sided marketplace who has scaled supply from small to big, keeping Cost / Quality / Efficiency in mind. Theyll own the full org: Sourcing, Hiring, Quality & Allocation, Growth & Retention Role: Sourcing, hiring, managing teacher supply and supply-side P&L for global online school for 21st century skills Multiple teacher personas:- College kids- Masters / phd grads- Home-makers / stay at home mothers - Working professionals - For Geos: US, India, Middle East, SE Asia- For Subjects: Coding, English, and future categoriesRole scope:- Teacher Acquisition (where to hire, how to hire, how many to hire) - Sourcing (partnerships/vendor management/hussle/creativity)- Recruiting (Ops/funnel management)- Teacher Quality and Performance Management - Teacher Payroll, Incentives, and Policies- Teacher Community, Growth, and RetentionLooking for: - Strong problem solver with general management experience; past experience scaling supply from small to large, for large gig economy platform - Hands on / ops person not strategy person Head of Partnerships and B2B Community What were looking for in a strong candidate:- Strong problem solving / first-principles thinking (the problems to be solved at Camp K12 are unique as this is a fundamentally new way for kids to learn online and the content space is unique, we will not be simply copy- pasting somebody elses Playbook) - Strong people / mentorship skills and followership. You will be building and leading a team, in an industry where attrition rates are high.
