Job Description

As a COO Business Manager, an individual will be independent and resourceful, creating dynamic presentation for business and create visuals that are more effective to communicate key message. Ability to be highly organized and have wonderful interpersonal skills. They must work well under pressure and possess strong time-management skills. The COO team is clearly business driven and leverages its talented workforce to enhance operational efficiencies through assistance in the form of: technology resource demographics, CoCC rationalization, ORM Support, employee engagement, Power presentations and feeding the right business information at the right time and in the right format.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Managing communications with all stakeholders
  • Ability to take loose sketch ideas and develop sophisticated and polished designs
  • Professional manner and polished interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to responsiveness, high quality work and confidentiality and customer service
  • Good artistic eye, understanding of the graphic requirements of a project
  • Good communicatorcollaborator
  • Excellent layout, design, and typographical skills are required.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to exercise independent judgment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, excel and Word
  • Experience with Photoshop and Flash is a plus
  • Reporting the progress at regular intervals to all stakeholders
