Job Description

    - 15-20 years experience in Corporate Communications with experience in BFSI Industry- Ability to be an advisor to senior leaders, considering the bigger picture of the business, the marketplace, and the competition.- Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.- Financial Services/BFSI/NBFC Sector exposure is preferred.Job description :Corporate Communication - Internal and External :- Develop and execute communications strategies and initiatives in alignment with the business strategies and top management.- Provides strategic communication counsel and advisor to the leadership team.- Manage & lead targeted communication initiatives across all levels of internal and external audiences, ensuring relevant message delivery and positive impact.- Build and enhance corporate identity and branding through design, frameworks, and guidelines.Public Relations, Media, and External Affairs :- Manage Media Relations and Public Relations including controlled news announcements, press releases, crisis communication to ensure the Groups leading share of voice in the market.- Develop and track effectiveness of communications, PR, and social media programs.- Remain aware of industry trends and best practices.- Strategic positioning of the organization.Corporate Identity, Brand Management, Reputation Management :- Build the brand and raise brand awareness through different channels, leading with PR and Media.- Developing brand and maintaining the consistency.- Ensure all communication & collaterals are on-brand.- Developing and implementing crisis communication plansExpertise required in :- Corporate Communications Strategy - Internal & External- Content Writing- Branding- Leadership Communications, reputation Management & Crisis Communications- PR & Media Relations,
