  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.       • Key Responsibilities : Should have good OS administration skills on Linux Hands on experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administrationversion 6 and 7 Experience in Linux OS installation, Software and Patch management Logical Volume Manager Administration Network OS / SW installation Installation and Maintenance of Red Hat Linux computer and network systems Experience on user creation and management Performance, network tuning and server hardening Linux heart beat Clustering understanding OS patching skill
      • Technical Experience : Support experience on VERITAS Volume manager and SAN related tools Strong knowledge on Redhat linux operating systems Should know how to debug/troubleshoot performance issues Must have expertise on OS internals on Solaris or Linux Server build and decommission procedure
      • Professional Attributes : 4 Years
      • Educational Qualification : BTech
    • Additional Information : Hands on experience on AWS infratstructure and administration Working experience on SNOW Shell scrip
