We are recruiting BDM for Digital Business for Gurgaon for Digital Consulting Company, you would be expected to do following.1. Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organisations.2. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities.3. Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.4. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.5. Minimum experience of 8 years in total preferably in the field of digital marketing.6. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients.7. Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.8. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills.Key responsibilities:1. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Companys plans.2. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.3. Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.4. Develop new business relationships with top brands and corporates.5. Write compelling business proposals.6. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.7. Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.8. Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking.9. Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital.10. Demonstrate initiative and drive.11.
