Openings for Leading Bank !!Grab the Opportunity!!: Branch Sales Manager-CASA: Up to Senior ManagerLoations: GurugramCandidate with Relevant banking Experience in Team handling of CASA sales team of at least 2 years: Up to 35 years: Branch Relationship Manager-Retail liabilities: Up to Senior ManagerCandidate with Relevant banking Experience in HNI clients portfolio handling of at least 2 years hashtag: Up to 32 yearsResponsible for achieving the Branch Sales Budgets by managing the daily activities of Branch Sales Team which includes Business Development Executives, Relationship Managers and Branch front desk staff.Overall branch management and Business Development Conducting regular Product and Knowledge trainings for branch banking teams Responsible for achieving sales targets for all retail liability products NRI, CASA, Corporate Salary Account, Business Banking etc. Ensure branch profitability by delivery of all products. In charge of all the activities of the branch end to end.Strategise, plan, monitor and evaluate sales results, productivity levels and cross selling opportunities of the branch. Ensuring that the sales staff complies with all established policies and procedures including proper documentation and regulatory compliance and works in close coordination with Branch Head, Regional and Zonal teams.Training and development of the sales staff to ensure effective solicitation, marketing, campaign management, sales process management and business development, Human Resource issues including selecting and recruiting sales staff and feedback & escalations to Products Heads / Regional Heads / Zonal sales Head.Need a experience Team handling Candidate, with good Comms skills.Will be handling CASA products.And other cross selling products.share cv seema1.acura@gmail.com
