Job Description

About the role The New Business Initiatives team is instrumental in strategizing, planning, and managing key business initiatives identified as organization priorities. This is a high-impact role that involves creating, monitoring plans & identifying problems, and proposing solutions that influence all functions in the organization. Responsibilities - As a part of this role, you would be involved in planning, execution while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.- You are expected to have a panoramic view of the business and work at the intersection of analytics and strategy.- Develop analytical models to estimate annual, monthly, daily platform returns and other key metrics and weekly tracking of Annual Operating Plan vs actual returns performance.- Monitor key Objectives and Key Results metrics across the organization for all departments. Work closely with BI teams to maintain Objectives and Key Results dashboards across the organization.- Work with Business teams (Revenue, Marketing, category) etc on preliminary hypothesis evaluation on returns leakages/inefficiencies in the system (category, revenue & pricing constructs etc).- Regular analysis and experimentation to find areas of improvement in returns maintaining a highly data-backed approach.- Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to meet goals & planning timelines Key Relationships - Working with all the departments and functions at Eko- Working with potential investors Key Qualifications and experience - BITS + MBA -XLRI- 2-4 years of experience in a multi-stakeholder environment building relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Ability to engage CXO-level contacts in strategic discussions- Strong ability to visualize and present data and information- Ability to understand problems deeply, do a root cause analysis and break down solutions into small executable and measurable steps Who you are To be successful in this role, youll need to have the following skills:- Problem Solving- Stakeholder Management- Analytical- Clear thinker, excellent articulation and executive presence- Active listener with intellectual curiosity- Self-starter who strives for excellence- Committed, result-oriented and energetic- Highly collaborative and self-motivated- Strong communication skills- Agility and endurance,
