Job Description

  • Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system to develop requirements for new functionality or Existing Functionality
  • Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and IT solutions
  • Coordinate between Business, Testing Team & Development Team to accomplish completion of requirement
  • Familiar with Preparation and understanding of documentation such as BRD, FSD, Sequence & Activity Diagram. Define and Analyze AS-IS process and To-be Process
  • Ensure proper Quality Assurance throughout the project
  • Understand basic Project Management practices and apply them as and when required
Essential Skills
  • The candidate must have exposure to Capital Markets domain with an ability to understand reference data Management, front office and back office applications & capital market terminologies
  • Familiarity with market products (KYC, SSI, Equities, Fixed Income Products, Derivatives, Commodities)
  • Knowledge in SQL scripting and comfortable working with relational databases.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT
  • Teamwork-focused/collaborative work style. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should have good Analytical Skills.
Preferred Qualification & Experience
  • Master s degree in business (Finance)
  • Capital Market domain knowledge (Mandatory)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst in BFSI Industry exposure to Capital Markets
Good to Have
  • Any development Language Preferable (Python/R)
  • NCFM/IIBA certifications
