What s in it for you Work on real time customer facing situations and provide consulting to create viable and winning solutions Career grooming by industry experts Defined glidepath for career progression and opportunity to explore new areas within Genpact from finance to insurance to banking to retail to automotive to healthcare Leading strategic initiatives within Genpact like knowledge content creation and help building service lines etc. Engage in client facing roles and build business relationships to get more business for Genpact Constant connect with executive leadership for mentorship & guidance Responsibilities: Consistently assessing and managing risk (largely operational risk) and as defined by the customer Operational processing/authorizing tasks in relation to payments, confirmations, reporting, reconciliations, and Investigations Work with the customer to ensure process consistency and incident management protocols are followed Escalating issues that impact business outcomes Ensuring adherence to the customer s procedures, policies, and controls Support continuous improvement of system and processes by building solutions for the customer using Advanced Analytics tools, technologies, and techniques Work on Financial Market Projections involving documenting and assessing design effectiveness of controls and identifying gaps Support knowledge initiatives within the organization, which include the creation of case studies, training, writing white papers, etc. Minimum Qualifications: Masters or Graduate in the either of the following disciplines: Data Analytics Finance Business Analytics Data Science Law Requirements: Experienced in business analysis & should have worked in the financial services industry previously. Financial Markets Product Knowledge (Fx, Bonds, Money Market) Understanding of Financial Markets products and business activities Demonstrable experience of managing operational risk Demonstrable examples of delivering business requirements and process analysis Knowledge of business analysis & project methodology Confident and strong stakeholder management skills Problem solving skills, analytical Should work in teams and be accountable to drive deliverables Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
