Scope of the position : Consultants offer advice and expertise to organizations to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy. Roles and Responsibilities : Work in co-ordination with the business partners. Identify and select the most relevant set of tools/ techniques to meet client requirements such as business case development, financial modeling and analysis, etc. Analyze and interpret project data, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on the result of the specific outputs. Use analytics to build strategic insights for the client. Synthesize and present insights and recommendations. Strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results. Review the companys existing strategies and identify opportunities for transformation and creating high performance business value for the client, and then to implement initiatives for business transformation and organizational change. Meet with the doctors for promotions of our services in clinics and hospitals. Research and develop the market. Help identify location and resources to set up Gramin Health Care Centres. Responsible for assessing possible strategies, collecting and analyzing all the relevant data and statistics, and outlining project objectives. Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and define project standards, goals, budgets and deadlines, or to provide clients with progress reports. Conduct business diagnosis to assess the companys strengths and weaknesses and to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct a research of the key markets, industry sectors, competitors, and market trends. Plan project activities and deadlines, work on developing solutions, supervise all business architecture activities, and assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement platforms. ,
