Hi,We are hiring for Business Development ExecutiveRole Brief:We have an opening for Business Development Executive that are specialized or have previous experience inDirect Sales. The requirement requires Marketing financial/investment product(s) directly to retail clients.Developing a database of prospects and leads and converting the acquired data into client meetings andfollow-ups with eventual conversion to sales within a reasonable time period. Providing clients with aftersales advise and troubleshooting services with respect to their investment activity and acting as a mediumbetween the company and the client.Responsibilites:1. Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts through networking, data base, and references.2. End to end customer relationship management.3. Meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them.4. Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.5. Have a customer centric approach and ensure that customer is serviced well.6. Ensure that customer trades actively after opening of the trading account.7. To understand customers financial goals, advise them on Buy, Sell or Hold strategy and execute trade.8. Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advising them on asset allocation within theirportfolio and guide them on Buy, Sell or hold strategy.Skills & education1. Graduate, BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., MBA-Finance, M Com, PGDM/MBA-Finance.2. Should have at least 06 months -2 years of work experience in Broking / Insurance (Life, General, orHealth) / Bank / mutual fund / insurance / other financial products / high end consumer durables / luxuryproducts.3. Experience of having successful Broker relationships would be an added advantage.4.
