Job Description

Business Development ManagerExperience 5 - 7 YearsLocation Delhi NCRBudget 12 15 LacsIndustryPreference IPCs - International Property Consultancies (should have exposure of Corporate Leasing)We are HIRING Business Development Manager for our Client - a Logistic Park Group to be stationed at Delhi/NCR to look after the Business Development operations - to help them accelerate their growth and develop a larger market presence. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate business development activities to acquire new clients and engage with existing ones.
  • Growing, managing and supporting the leadership of the office leasing team.
  • Provide strategic leasing and marketing to the portfolio.
  • Liaise with tenants, property agencies and related parties.
  • Scheduling and assisting client for site visits.
  • Financial analysis for the deals.
  • Handle the negotiations of leasing transactions.
  • Design and implementation on Business Development & Marketing plans including but not limited to Social Media Marketing.
  • Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database.
Requirements
  • Should have hands-on exposure of Leasing to big corporates.
  • A minimum 6 Years of post-academics working experience is a must.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal oriented.
