Job Description

We are looking for a great talent who has the zeal to go consistently beyond expectations in the capacity of equity relationship manager of a Private Client Group. You would be driven by pure passion to build and retain amazing clients through high performing teamwork. Being part of such a group would involve in - depth understanding and ability to cater to affluent individuals and corporations and take special interest in their portfolios and private wealth management , with a keen eye towards equity , currency , derivatives and structured products. If you have managed acquisition and servicing of High Net Worth Customers , played in an investment base of INR 100 crore and ready to create winning strategies to meet revenue targets and keep increasing those every quarter , you are in the game with us. Responsibilities Strategize , create and follow through solid plans that ensure increasing customer base through new acquisitions , repeated businesses and higher revenues from detailed sales offerings Perform the role of a dedicated Relationship Manager where you would be owning the portfolios of these high net worth Individual portfolios with identifying the needs and provide right solutions to meet their investment requirements independently. Be an efficient advisor by dealing and advising your own clients. Create good client relationships and highly accountable for key integrated marketing plans that aid in wealth creation and management for companys growth Understanding and profiling customers to offer the right products and services Manage and mentor other Business Development Managers to empower and increase revenue targets at unit levels Coordinates with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience and consistently provide actionable insight based on detailed discovery with each client and become the most preferred private banker for the client and his connects Comply with governmental regulations and finance laws to maximize profits Build and Convey the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations Identifies and Manages risks in a timely manner Required & Preferred Qualifications: MBA with 4 - 6 years of excellent sales experience , consistently meeting or exceeding targets preferably in Banking & Finance Industry Demonstrated ability to articulate , present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization , with excellent verbal and written communication skills to think strategically about products and services , and articulate message to appropriate audiences A self - starter who has the business acumen to position product and business propositions competitively for meeting success criteria , demonstrating critical and analytical thinking capabilities Ability to network in order to reach out to newer clients and extend the companys investment knowledge for their winning streaks Demonstrable experience in developing client - focused , differentiated and achievable solutions and drive repeated winning businesses Operation excellence and consistent investment advice with continual improvement of strategies and a detailed focus in quality Excellent listening , negotiation and presentation skills Good existing client relationships would be an added advantage,
