About the role Manager Business Development - OEM Description Role Description: The role will be to develop the business in different verticals via OEM and dealerships. The role will be mix of sales, marketing and operations. a) Prospect, negotiate and work with existing OEMs to develop joint business development projects b) Identify and create new OEM partnerships across 2 wheeler and 3 wheeler segments c) Manage OEM & dealer life time relationship, create and execute go to market strategy d) Take end to end ownership for complete project from discussion to delivery e) Create a strong pipeline for business development via OEM and dealerships f) Responsible for growth and expansion of the DCO business at PAN India in coordination with dealer network g) Conduct market research for new opportunities and meet clients h) Work with cross functional teams to deliver customer value proposition and business targets Candidate must have: a) Good communication skill b) Good analytical skills c) Willingness to travel Ideal Candidate (Experience, Qualification, Previous Work - ex, Companies etc.) Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in either Auto industry or Auto dealerships Qualification: UG, PG any discipline, MBA is an advantage
