Job Description

    Business Development Representative (BDR)Key Job Responsibilities: Business Development Representative (BDR) Conduct research and identify potential clients in target markets. Reach out to potential clients via phone, or other means, to schedule meetings or calls with account executives. Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, decision making authority, and purchasing timeline. Speak with existing clients to identify and book cross-sell opportunities, booking in meetings for account executives. Collaborate with sales managers and account executives to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing revenue. Meet daily and weekly KPIs. Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards goals. Continuously improve knowledge of the companys products, services and industry trends to effectively communicate to potential clients to set appointmentsQualifications/Skills Required: Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration or marketing or relatable industry experience. Moderate to advanced Salesforce or other CRM software experience.Experience using the Microsoft Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a proactive mindset. Ability to mange multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Australian ShiftSalary - 1-2 years upto 5LPAmore then 2+ years 7LPA
